Blankora is an online retailer of home textiles operated in the United States. By using the Site you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Products and pricing

We make every effort to display our products and their colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be accurate. Blanket dimensions are approximate and may vary by 1 to 2 inches due to the handmade nature of gauze fabric and normal shrinkage after washing. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, inventory issues, or errors in product or pricing information. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these terms.

5. Product care

Our cotton gauze blankets should be machine washed cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dried on low. Gauze becomes softer and more textured with each wash. Damage caused by improper care is not covered by our return policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Blankora or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blankora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
