Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

The contiguous U.S. means the 48 contiguous states plus Washington, D.C. Free-shipping eligibility is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before tax and shipping.
Our blankets ship directly from our fulfillment partner's warehouse, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a typical domestic parcel. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can add time.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Tracking information can take 2 to 5 days to update after your shipping confirmation. If your tracking has not moved in 10 days, email us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Lost or missing packages
If your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your building's mail area, then contact us within 7 days. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Address changes
We can update a shipping address within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order is in processing and cannot be changed. Please double-check your address at checkout.
Duties and taxes
Product prices do not include shipping or applicable sales tax. Any shipping charge and applicable sales tax are shown at checkout.
